Thanks for this.

I particularly like your succinct review of Presence by Peter Senge which I bought a few years back and always mean to read. It also reminded me of the concept of &quot;bracketing&quot; where you try and listen to the familar with a new interest and listen the unfamiliar as if its common-place. I think Scott Peck talks about it in The Road Less Travelled (or is it Different Drum?)
